Our name (TTC) comes from our Facebook Community (Tips, Tricks & Closers.)
The Tips Tricks and Closers community began as a facebook group; created in 2018 by the late Ryan Saridakis to provide Life Insurance Agents a place where he and other agents could find transparency in the industry and connect with like-minded individuals. Organically, the Community’s demand and need for a consistent flow of Final Expense Leads, set Ryan on a path to carve out the best system to generate Final Expense Leads at a large scale- that all agents could access, regardless of their Agency affiliation. Since then, Ryan and his spouse, Andrea, have built the team into a team of professionals and have served over 20,000 Final Expense Agents and over $2M in FEX Lead generation…. We have dedicated the last 5 years to generating Final Expense Leads through different platforms, with the main one being Facebook’s Advertising platform. We take pride in creating a satisfying customer experience and our desire to constantly improve our craft. We look forward to getting to know you and being a part of your Final Expense journey.

Josh Miller

TTC is so grateful to have the opportunity to work alongside Josh, who has been an invaluable asset to our team. With over eight years of experience in the Final Expense industry, he’s a true expert who’s always willing to share his knowledge and guide others. Josh has been instrumental in helping TTC achieve it’s goals and navigate the field successfully. When he joined our company in 2020, it was a game-changer, and we couldn’t have done it without him. Josh has had a lot going on outside of work these days. He recently got married, and they announced they’re expecting their first baby later this year! On top of that, he’s been busy purchasing his new home over the past couple of months. With any free time left, he enjoys cooking on the grill and perfecting his steak-making skills. It sounds like he has his hands full, but it’s exciting. TTC is excited to see all the positive changes happening in his life!

Ryan Thomas

Having worked successfully as an agent in the Final Expense industry for more than seven years, Ryan possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience that allows him to provide expert guidance and strategy to other agents seeking to navigate the field successfully. With his extensive background, Ryan is well-equipped to steer agents in the right direction and help them achieve their goals. When he accepted our offer to join our team in 2021, we here at TTC Leads couldn’t be more thrilled to have him as part of our team with all this knowledge to share.

When not at work, he enjoy spending time with his two dogs, his family and his friends- in that order! Adam Barna

We wanted to share a story about our friend, Adam Barna. He reached out to our team in 2022 after knowing Ryan S. from High School and seeing his success in life. Adam didn’t have experience in the Final Expense field, but that didn’t stop us, we knew the chemistry was there! When he joined the team we quickly realized he was a great choice. Adam is an awesome person and enjoys everyone just as much as they enjoy him. He is always willing to help others and has truly found his niche within the TTC crew. You might have seen some of his design work already!

Andrea Vargas

In 2019, Ryan and Andrea decided to bring their households together and become one with no intention of building TTC Leads together! However, on Mothers Day of 2019, they decided that putting their strengths together would take TTC to a whole new level, so they began to develop and grow TTC as a team. They developed the vision for TTC and carved out the different positions and systems together. The two were inseparable and had a blast building the team with their passion and eagerness to see their vision through. As if balancing the demands of a company isn’t enough, she also manages to be an incredible mom! She loves spending quality time with her children and exploring new places through travel. She’s always up for a fun Vegas adventure, but if given the opportunity, she’s always down for a local road trip. The challenges of the past year have only highlighted the immense responsibility she carries and yet, Andrea continues to amaze us all with her strength and dedication to the vision of TTC!

Andrew Theil

Andrew joined the company in May with one specific goal in mind. To help the business grow and achieve the next level! Loot is so dedicated to this and the team that he even relocated from New York to Ohio to join the crew. He’s very committed to his work and truly believes in the vision of TTC Leads. He’s been a valuable asset to the team plays a key role in the growth of the company.

Ryan Saridakis

The Founder | Legacy Maker
November 15, 1983 – August 10, 2022

Ryan Saridakis was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He was a proud Ohioan and during his various endeavors he found himself in the Life Insurance Industry for over 10 years. Ryan saw a need for a Community that brought Life Insurance agents together into an environment where they could access unbiased information and opinions as well as build friendships and connections with like-minded individuals. On March 13, 2018 the Tips Tricks and Closers Facebook community was founded, now to be known as TTC. At the time Facebook groups were still relatively new to most users and TTC was the first of it’s kind in the industry. TTC was built on a straightforward belief system: Provide value, bring transparency to the industry, and help agents make more money.

Ryan identified there was a need in the community for a consistent and reliable lead flow system. Out of a desire to meet agents needs, Ryan began to generate leads and became the first to publicly provide a consistent, pay per lead system using digital Facebook leads for agents. Many of our loyal clients may remember the Venmo and cash app days…. It was not long after that, Ryan realized this was more than just a way to hook up his community but rather, more a business that called for a team to ensure the clients trusting him with their money have a good experience. He took this seriously and made it his priority to build a solid team that would provide reliable, consistent service and support to the TTC community and its clients. Quickly the TTC team grew and since then has accomplished many things. He was most proud of the year TTC accomplished its first million dollars in sales. Not just because of the money, but more so because it happened within the first 19 months. It was inspiring to him and fueled him so he shared it with everyone, not to boast, but rather to inspire the community and his followers. He truly believed if you focus on your strengths you can find out what you are indeed capable of.

Ryan lived everyday to be a legacy Maker. From a very early age he learned that life is fragile and so he had a big appreciation for life He believed in transparency, in trying even if it means failing, doing “it” without waiting for the perfect time. Ryan wanted his life and accomplishments to be a testimony to God’s grace and an encouragement to you to start working on your dreams with whatever you have, right now. You will look back and be proud of how it began.

On August 10, 2022 Ryan passed away with his fiancé, Andrea, at his side due to undetected terminal lung cancer. He leaves behind a great legacy for his children to look up to, for his family to be proud of, and for his friends, his community and his followers to:

Ryan believed that whatever your dream may be, it was known and chosen by God and the time to work towards that dream is now. He built TTC as a strong and healthy company that continues to grow and expand with his vision as he intended; led by his fiancé, Andrea Vargas and their loyal leaders and team-members.

The culture of TTC is embedded with Ryan’s values, expectations, and most importantly his vision. Together we will keep his legacy alive by carrying out his plans and vision for the community and the industry. May his lessons and principles live in our hearts forever.

How much does each lead cost?

$15 per lead for Basic, $20 per lead for Standard, $20 per lead Medicare, $25 per lead for Premium, $20
per lead for Spanish No additional fees or hidden fees.

What is the minimum lead purchase?

30 leads for Basic, 20 for Standard, 20 for Premium, 20 for Spanish. After reviewing conversion data on
thousands of leads, we have successfully determined that 20-30 is the best amount to provide an agent to
receive the best ROI.

How long does it take to receive leads?

With new orders ranging from 20-100 leads, depending on lead type you can expect to see the first lead
within 1-5 days, the entire order is completed within a target time of 1 week. However in some cases
orders can experience slight delays due to daily supply and demand market conditions on the Social media
platforms we advertise on. In this rare case you will be notified and your leads will be delivered in a
timely manner. – Tip from the pros: If your order is placed prior to 12pm EST (Monday -Friday), you can
reasonably expect leads within the first 2-3 days! For all other orders, leads generally begin to
deliver within 2-5 days. Please refer to our Lead Purchase Agreement covering the exceptions that may
cause a further delay to complete.

Am I the only agent who receives the leads I purchase?

Our basic leads are 100% Exclusive for the first 31 days from day received. The Standard, Spanish and
Premium Leads are 100% Exclusive

Does the ad offer anything for free?

No. None of our advertisements offer any incentives, free gifts, free quotes nor a chance to win
anything. Like most final expense leads, referencing Social Security can prompt a lead to ask the agent
if the Affordable Final Expense Program is subsidized by social security. We provide every agent with a
scripted rebuttal that kills this objection.

Eden Amador

Eden joined the TTC crew in April of 2023. While she is one of the youngest members, she has a long list of accomplishments in her portfolio already! Just finished her associate’s in Applied Business for Graphic Design. She plans to continue her education in Applied Business for Illustrations this fall and eventually getting her Bachelor’s Degree.
She is proud to hold two awards from The Press Club of Cleveland: All Ohio Excellent in Journalism and second place in Tri-C Digital Media Newspaper Website. Eden has already put her stamp on TTC, from collaboration on various projects, to her custom design work, she is just getting started!
